Service Description

A fun based class where you can interact, learn new skills and get fit whilst learning some self defence. The class will predominately be based around basic offense and defence boxing technique to help build your confidence. There will be pad-work and bags involved to help de stress from the day. As well as plenty of HIIT exercises, specifically targeting arms, abs, glutes (bums) and legs. If you really get the bug for boxing then maybe speak with the coach about how to progress into the boxing team.
